Payment & Delivery
Clients may preview watermarked media prior to payment. No license or usage rights are granted until full payment is received. Upon payment, watermarks are automatically removed and licensed media is delivered through our system.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Disciples Media LA LLC does not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. This policy does not waive our ownership, copyright, or licensing rights to any media created.
Copyright Ownership
All photographs, videos, and media produced by Disciples Media LA LLC are protected under United States Copyright Law. Disciples Media LA LLC retains full copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Copyright is not transferred under any circumstance.
License & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for the marketing and advertisement of the specific property listed at the time of service.
This license:
Applies only to the paying client
Is valid only while the property is actively listed
Does not transfer to another agent, brokerage, builder, or third party
Does not permit reuse for relisted properties without written permission
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in additional licensing fees or legal action.
Relisting License
If a property is withdrawn, canceled, expired, or relisted—whether by the same agent or a different agent—a new license is required to reuse any previously delivered media.
A relisting license may be purchased at 50% of the original package price, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Use of media without a valid relisting license constitutes unauthorized use and may result in additional licensing fees or enforcement under United States Copyright Law.
